ORDER
Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Charles Carter was convicted of second-degree murder and armed criminal action. The circuit court sentenced Carter to concurrent terms of twenty-seven years’ imprisonment for second-degree murder, and three years for armed criminal action. Carter appeals. He argues that the circuit court erred in allowing a police officer to testify to his interpretation of a security-camera video which had been admitted in evidence, when the officer had not personally witnessed the events depicted in the video. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
