Upon consideration, Appellees Motion to Transfer the Case to the Circuit Court is granted, and this cause is hereby transferred to the Circuit Court of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Monroe County, Florida. See Nelson v. State, 325 So. 3d 1005 (Fla. 3d DCA 2021).
