Following review of the Petition for Writ of Certiorari, and the Response and Reply thereto, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby denied without prejudice to Petitioner filing a motion for relief from judgment pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.540 before the trial court, if appropriate.
