appeal, taken after a no contest plea, the only reserved issue is whether the trial courts denial of Appellants motion to suppress was correct. We affirm because the trial courts ruling was based on a credibility determination that was supported by the evidence. See State v. Polak, 598 So. 2d 150, 152 (Fla. 1st DCA 1992). Affirmed.
