Following review of the Emergency Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, Respondent J.D. Pattersons Response thereto, and the State of Floridas Motion to Dismiss, it is ordered that the Motion to Dismiss is granted, and the Emergency Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus is hereby dismissed.
