The State conceded in the court below that there is no lawful basis for continuing the juveniles detention because a continued custody hearing was not held within 24 hours, as required by Childrens Code articles 737(A)(4) and 739. In light of the States concession, we grant the juveniles application and order that she be immediately released from secure detention at the Juvenile Justice Intervention Center.
