Writ application transferred to the district court. See per curiam.

Applicant represents that the district court has failed to act timely on a motion for nunc pro tunc hearing to invoke the courts retroactive and inherent power to clarify sentence of parole eligibility after serving ten years six months, filed on or about October 19, 2021. If applicants representation is correct, the district court is ordered to consider and act on the motion. If applicants representation is incorrect, the district court is ordered to accept, file, and act upon the pleading which is herewith transferred to the district court. The district court is ordered to provide this Court with a copy of its judgment.
