The Court grants Petitioners September 15, 2022, Motion to File Late Reply, vacates this Courts September 15, 2022, Order, and deems Petitioners Reply as timely filed.
After careful consideration of the Petition for Writ of Prohibition, the Response, the Reply, and the Appendices, the Court again denies Petitioners Petition seeking a writ prohibiting the trial court from continuing to adjudicate matters in this case.
Upon consideration, the Court denies Petitioners Motion for Appellate Attorneys Fees and Costs, and remands Respondents Motion for Appellate Attorneys Fees and Costs to the trial court to make the appropriate determinations pursuant to Rosen v. Rosen, 696 So. 2d 697 (Fla. 1997), and section 61.16, Florida Statutes.
