ORDER DENYING PETITIONS FOR EXTRAORDINARY WRIT RELIEF
These pro se petitions for extraordinary writ relief seek orders directing compliance with NRS 1.235(6), allowing petitioner to represent himself injustice court, and the stay of probation, among other things.
Whether to issue extraordinary writ relief is solely within this courts discretion, Smith v. Eighth Judicial Dist. Court, 107 Nev. 674, 677, 818 P.2d 849, 851 (1991), and it is petitioners burden to demonstrate that such relief is warranted, Pan v. Eighth Judicial Dist. Court, 120 Nev. 222, 228, 88 P.3d 840, 844 (2004). Having reviewed the petitions and appendices, as well as the supplement and correction of clerical errors filed in Docket No. 85764, we decline to entertain the petitions. Accordingly, we ORDER the petitions DENIED.
