Jacqueline A. Gaddie, Assistant States Attorney, Petitioner and Appellee v. A.G., a Child, and T.E.C., Mother, Respondents (2022)

[¶1] A.G. appeals from a juvenile court order finding his children to be in need of protection under N.D.C.C. § 27-20.3-01(5) and ordering the children be placed under the care, custody, and control of the Director of the Grand Forks County Human Service Zone. On appeal, A.G. argues the court erred in finding the children are in need of protection. We conclude the courts findings are supported by clear and convincing evidence and are not clearly erroneous. We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2). Per Curiam.
