{¶ 1} The judgment of the court of appeals is vacated on the authority of State v. Brooks, ––– Ohio St.3d ––––, 2022-Ohio-2478, ––– N.E.3d ––––, and the cause is remanded to that court for it to conduct a harmless-error analysis.
