{¶ 1} The judgment of the court of appeals is reversed, and the cause is remanded to the trial court to consider appellant Rashaan O. Reeds motion for leave to file a delayed motion for a new trial in light of State v. Bethel, 167 Ohio St.3d 362, 2022-Ohio-783, 192 N.E.3d 470.
