Dismissed and remanded to CA 2/5
Review in the above captioned matter, which was granted and held for People v. Padilla (2022) 13 Cal.5th 152, 293 Cal.Rptr.3d 623, 509 P.3d 975 and People v. Federico, S263082, is hereby dismissed. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(b)(1).) The request for remand filed July 19, 2022, is denied as moot.
