Following review of the Petition for Writ of Prohibition, and the Response and Reply thereto, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby denied.
Upon consideration, the parties’ Motions for Appellate Attorneys Fees are remanded to the trial court for a determination regarding need and ability to pay, pursuant to section 61.16, Florida Statutes, and Rosen v. Rosen, 696 So. 2d 697, 699 (Fla. 1997). EMAS, SCALES and GORDO, JJ., concur.
