Following review of the pro se Petition for Writ of Prohibition, the Response thereto, the Motion to Dismiss, the Appendix, and the Reply to the States Response, it is ordered that the Motion to Dismiss is granted, and the pro se Petition for Writ of Prohibition is hereby dismissed.
