Applicant, Jason Kauzlarich, represents that the district court has failed to act timely on his petition for injunctive relief and declaratory judgment filed on or about February 28, 2020, and the subject of a hearing conducted on September 2, 2020. If Kauzlarichs representation is correct, the district court is ordered to consider and act on the petition for injunctive relief and declaratory judgment. If Kauzlarichs representation is incorrect, the district court is ordered to accept, file and act upon the pleading, which is herewith transferred to the district court. The district court is ordered to provide this Court with a copy of its judgment.
