Following review of the Petition for Writ of Prohibition, and the Response and Reply thereto, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby denied without prejudice to the filing of a petition for writ of mandamus.
Upon consideration, Respondents “Motion for Entitlement for Attorneys Fees” is remanded to the trial court. If the movant establishes entitlement pursuant to section 61.16, Florida Statutes, and Rosen v. Rosen, 696 So. 2d 697 (Fla. 1997), the trial court is authorized to award the movant all, or a portion of, the reasonable appellate attorneys fees.
