Writ granted. Defendant is entitled to subpoena the witnesses and materials necessary to support his motion for change of venue. See La.C.Cr.P. art. 731(A); La.C.Cr.P. art. 732; La.C.Cr.P. art. 622; see also La.C.Cr.P. art. 857. The trial courts ruling quashing the subpoenas is reversed and the trial court is directed to reissue the subpoenas defendant seeks. REVERSED AND REMANDED WITH INSTRUCTIONS
