Petitioner sat for and passed the February 2021 Louisiana Bar Examination. Thereafter, the Committee on Bar Admissions (“Committee”) advised petitioner that it could not certify him for admission to the bar on character and fitness grounds relating to his record of misconduct in prior employment and his failure to disclose the matter on his bar application.
Petitioner then applied to this court for admission. After consideration, we remanded this matter to the Committee on Bar Admissions Panel on Character and Fitness to conduct an investigation and appointed a commissioner to take character and fitness evidence. Following a hearing, the commissioner filed his report with this court, recommending that petitioner be admitted to the practice of law. Neither party objected to this recommendation.
Considering the commissioners recommendation and the entire record of this proceeding, we conclude petitioner is eligible to be admitted to the practice of law in Louisiana.

I agree with the per curiam finding that petitioner is eligible to be admitted to the practice of law. However, because of issues arising from petitioners former employment implicating his candor and truthfulness, I would condition petitioners admission upon the completion of an additional twelve (12) hours of Ethics or Professionalism within one year of this Courts admission order (in addition to the required eight (8) hours of Ethics and Professionalism required in a newly admitted members first year of admission as set forth in La. Sup. Ct. Rule XXX (H), Rule 3 (b)).
