Upon consideration, pro se Petitioners “Motion to Reinstate Notice of Writ of Mandamus and Allow Petitioner to File Initial Brief or Accept this Motion as the [Petitioners] Initial Brief” is treated as a motion for rehearing of the Courts August 29, 2022, dismissal Order. Said motion for rehearing is hereby denied.
Pro se Petitioner is again cautioned that the filing of petitions without legal basis may result in sanctions, including but not limited to, an order barring pro se Petitioner from filing documents in this Court without the signature of a member of the Florida Bar.
