The pro se Petition for Writ of Mandamus was denied as premature on July 13, 2022. The next day, a motion for extension of time to file the initial brief appeared on the docket and was granted by this Court on July 18, 2022. The time has expired and no initial brief has been filed. This appeal is hereby dismissed.
