Opinion

The Florida Bars Appellate Court Rules Committee filed a report in this case proposing amendments to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.130 (Proceedings to Review Nonfinal Orders and Specified Final Orders). Having considered the Committees report, the comments filed, and the Committees response to the comments, and after having had the benefit of oral argument, the Court declines to adopt the proposed amendments at this time. The Court thanks the Committee for its hard work and its attention to this matter. A True Copy
