Granted. The district court did not abuse its discretion in allowing the States Article 412.2 evidence relative to the 2014 incident. See generally State v. Layton, 14-1910 (La. 3/17/15), 168 So.3d 358. The district courts March 16, 2023 ruling declaring the evidence admissible is reinstated. To the extent the court of appeals ruling reversed any portion of the trial courts ruling, the court of appeals ruling is hereby vacated. REVERSED AND REMANDED
