ORDER

Damon Kerr appeals from the trial courts judgment convicting him of the class A felony of second-degree murder in violation of section 565.021 and of felony armed criminal action in violation of section 571.015. Kerr argues on appeal that the trial court abused its discretion by admitting evidence of prior bad acts committed by Kerr against Victim because the evidence was not legally nor logically relevant, and by admitting evidence of Victims second cellphone offered in violation of Rule 25.03. Kerr also claims the trial court committed plain error in permitting the State during its closing argument to bolster the credibility of one of its own witnesses, attack Kerrs credibility, and to argue facts not in evidence. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
