Opinion

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court order denying appellants post-divorce decree motion to disqualify a district judge. The right to appeal is statutory; if no statute or court rule provides for an appeal, no right to appeal exists. See Taylor Constr. Co. v. Hilton Hotels, 100 Nev. 207, 678 P.2d 1152 (1984); Kokkos v. Tsalikis, 91 Nev. 24, 530 P.2d 756 (1975). No statute or rule provides for an appeal from an order denying a motion to disqualify a judge. See NRAP 3A(b) (listing appealable orders); Whitman v. Whitman, 108 Nev. 949, 950 n.1, 840 P.2d 1232, 1232 n.1 (1992) (noting that the court has previously concluded that it lacked jurisdiction over an order denying a motion to disqualify a judge). Accordingly, as we lack jurisdiction, we ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
