ORDER
The Labor and Industrial Relations Commission denied Lance Laniers claim for workers’ compensation benefits, based on its finding that Laniers work activities were not the prevailing factor in causing his injury. Lanier appeals. He argues that the Commissions award was not supported by competent and substantial evidence, and erroneously applied the law. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
