Review in the above-captioned matter, which was granted and held for People v. McDavid (2024) 15 Cal.5th 1015, 320 Cal.Rptr.3d 444, 546 P.3d 1105, is hereby dismissed. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(b)(1).) Corrigan and Groban, JJ., were absent and did not participate.
