Review in the above-captioned matter, which was granted and held for People v. McDavid (2024) 15 Cal.5th 1015, 320 Cal.Rptr.3d 444, 546 P.3d 1105, is hereby dismissed. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(b)(1).) Appellants “Motion for Dismissal of Review in Light of People v. McDavid (2024) 15 Cal.5th 1015,” filed on May 20, 2024, is denied as moot. Corrigan and Groban, JJ., were absent and did not participate.
