ORDER
Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Gustavo Ramos was convicted of one count of child molestation in the first degree, for engaging in genital-to-genital contact with a female who was less than twelve years old. Ramos appeals. He argues that the evidence was insufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he engaged in genital-to-genital contact with the victim. He also argues that the circuit court erred by dismissing a juror during trial, based on the fact that the juror had been observed sleeping during the presentation of key evidence. We affirm. Because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose, we have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
