ORDER
Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Boone County, Austin Campbell was convicted of first-degree rape. The offense occurred in a dormitory at the University of Missouri-Columbia in January 2016; Campbells Victim was a female undergraduate student. After his conviction was affirmed on direct appeal, Campbell filed a motion for post-conviction relief. In his amended motion, Campbell contended that his trial counsel was ineffective: for failing to object to evidence of a homosexual encounter Campbell had shortly before the rape; for failing to object to a witness’ testimony that she did not believe it was appropriate for Campbell to enter the Victims dormitory room at night; and for failing to adequately advise Campbell concerning a plea offer made by the State. The circuit court denied relief following an evidentiary hearing, and Campbell appeals. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
