ORDER
Tracy Bartel appeals the judgment imposing her sentences for two counts of possession of a controlled substance. In her sole point on appeal, she contends that the trial court plainly erred in failing to issue a curative instruction or order a mistrial during the prosecutors closing argument in the penalty phase of the trial. Because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose, a memorandum explaining the reasons for the decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
