Opinion

ORDER

Brandon McDaniel appeals the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court. McDaniel was convicted following jury trial of second-degree murder and armed criminal action. He was sentenced to consecutive sentences of twenty-seven years imprisonment for second-degree murder and three-years imprisonment for armed criminal action. In two points on appeal, McDaniel argues the trial court erred in admitting two photographs of purported bite marks on the victims body into evidence. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
