NOW ON THIS DAY it appearing to this Court that on April 12, 2024, the Supreme Court of Missouri issued an order retransferring the above-styled cause to this Court, and being fully advised in the premises, it is ordered that the opinion adopted and filed by this Court on October 31, 2023, is hereby readopted as the opinion of this Court and that the mandate of this Court be issued forthwith accordingly.
