ORDER
This appeal was docketed on July 11, 2024, without payment of the requisite $250 filing fee and without proof of service of the appeal. That same day, this court issued notices that directed appellant to pay the required filing fee or demonstrate compliance with NRAP 24 and to provide proof of service of the appeal within 14 days. The notices advised that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not complied. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
