ORDER SUBSTITUTING PARTY AND DISMISSING APPEAL

Attorney Robert E. Atkinson has filed a motion to substitute himself, as the Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee, in the place of appellants Heath Wills and Patricia Wills. No opposition has been filed. Having reviewed the motion, it is granted, and the clerk shall amend the caption in this appeal in conformity with the caption on this order. See NRAP 43(b). The parties have filed a stipulation to dismiss this appeal. Because the stipulation is not signed by counsel of record for respondents Collins Capital, LLC; Single Helix Investment Technology, LLC; Susan Kaplan; Stephen Geller; and Martin Fabrikant, the stipulation is treated as a motion to voluntarily dismiss this appeal. Cause appearing, the motion is granted. This appeal is dismissed. Each party shall bear their own costs and attorney fees. NRAP 42(b). It is so ORDERED.
