ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from a district court order granting appellants motion to correct illegal sentence. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Jasmin D. Lilly-Spells, Judge.
This courts review of this appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. The district court awarded appellant the relief he sought, and therefore, he is not an aggrieved party. See NRS 177.015 (discussing that only an aggrieved party in a criminal action may appeal to this court). Accordingly, this court ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
