ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from a district court order altering the custody of a minor child. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Vincent Ochoa, Judge.
On August 23, 2023, this court issued a notice that, among other things, directed appellant to file and serve, by December 21, 2023, the opening brief or informal brief. The notice cautioned appellant that failure to timely file the opening brief or informal brief by the deadline may result in dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 31(d).
When appellant failed to file the opening brief or informal brief, this court issued an order on March 5, 2024, noting that appellants opening brief was overdue and directing appellant to file the opening brief or informal brief within 14 days. The order also cautioned appellant that failure to timely file the opening brief or informal brief may result in dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 31(d). To date, appellant has failed to file the opening brief or informal brief or otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, this court ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
