ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Adriana Escobar, Judge.
Review of the notice of appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Appellants notice states he is appealing from the “opinion of Jennifer L.G. Schwartz entered January 19, 2024.” The district court docket sheet does not indicate that any orders were entered in the underlying matter (district court case A-22-859817-C) on January 19, 2024, and the district court minutes do not indicate that any minute orders were issued on that date. Further, the minutes indicate that all hearings were presided over by Judges Adriana Escobar and Michael Villani. Accordingly, appellant fails to identify an appealable order and this court ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
