ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO CORRECT CLERICAL ERROR AND ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING CASE
On March 27, 2024, petitioner filed a document entitled “Brief and Supplement to the Emergency Petition for Mandamus and/or Prohibition and/or Certiorari and/or Habeas and to Take Judicial Notice and to Suspend Rules Pursuant to NRAP 2.” The front page of the document noted a pending appeal in Docket No. 84433 but otherwise did not identify a docket number. On April 2, 2024, petitioner filed a motion to correct clerical error, seeking to transfer the above-named document to Docket No. 88332 and to dismiss this docket as opened in error. In the motion, petitioner explains that, when filing the document, he neglected to identify the docket in which he intended to file it. The motion is granted. The clerk of this court will immediately transfer the document to petitioners proceeding in Docket No. 88332. Thereafter, as nothing remains pending, this case will be administratively closed.
It is so ORDERED.
Clerk of the Supreme Court Elizabeth A. Brown
