ORDER DENYING PETITION
This is an original pro se petition for a writ of certiorari seeking an order from this court directing the dismissal of multiple cases. Having reviewed the petition and amended petition, we are not persuaded that our extraordinary and discretionary intervention is warranted. Garcia v. Sixth Jud. Dist. Ct., 117 Nev. 697, 700, 30 P.3d 1110, 1112 (2001) (providing that a “writ of certiorari is an extraordinary remedy that lies entirely within the discretion of this court,” and explaining that such relief “is appropriate only when an inferior tribunal has exceeded its jurisdiction and there is no plain, speedy and adequate remedy at law”); NRAP 21(a)(3)(D) (petition must state the facts necessary to understand the issues presented); NRAP 21(a)(4) (appendix must include documents necessary to understand the matter set forth in the petition); NRAP 21(c). Accordingly, we
ORDER the petition DENTED.
