ORDER
The following order was entered:
On the 19th day of March 2024, the North Carolina Court of Appeals filed an opinion vacating and remanding the trial courts disposition order. On or about the 22nd day of March 2024, the juveniles counsel filed a Motion to Abate Appeal with this Court stating the juvenile died on or about 13 January 2024. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the opinion of this Court be withdrawn and the opinion and underlying 8 September 2022 disposition order be, and it is hereby, dismissed. Any outstanding costs are hereby waived. By order of the Court this the 4th of April 2024.
