Writ granted. The court of appeals ruling is reversed. The district court already complied with the requirements of La.C.Cr.P. arts. 930 and 930.7 before denying relief on respondents application for post-conviction relief. The district courts ruling is reinstated, and the matter is remanded to the court of appeal for a ruling on the merits of the claims asserted in respondents applications for review, with or without additional briefing as the court of appeal may deem appropriate.
