On the showing made, I agree with the majoritys decision to deny the writ application. See La.S.Ct. Rule X, § 2 (c) (“A copy of the application shall be mailed or delivered to all counsel and unrepresented parties.”); La.S.Ct. Rule X, § 2 (d) (“All writ applications filed in this court shall include a completed writ application filing sheet.”).
