PER CURIAM

Granted. The district court did not abuse its discretion in granting the States motion in limine to exclude evidence of a firearm found in decedents vehicle on grounds of relevance. See, La. C.E. arts. 401, 402, 403. The district courts ruling declaring the evidence inadmissible is reinstated. REVERSED AND REMANDED
