SUPREME COURT OF LOUISIANA

NO. 2023-B-1556

IN RE: JEREMY ZIVKO SOSO

ATTORNEY DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDING

PER CURIAM

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (“ODC”) commenced an investigation into allegations that respondent failed to communicate with two clients, failed to make reasonable efforts to expedite litigation, failed to timely provide a clients file upon request, and failed to obtain his clients written consent to include co-counsel in a contingency fee agreement, in violation of Rules 1.4, 1.16(d), 3.2, and 8.4(a) of the Rules of Professional Conduct. Respondent and the ODC submitted a joint petition for consent discipline. Having reviewed the petition, IT IS ORDERED that the Petition for Consent Discipline be accepted and that Jeremy Zivko Soso, Louisiana Bar Roll number 31974, be publicly reprimanded. It is further ordered that respondent shall complete the next available session of the Louisiana State Bar Associations Ethics School.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all costs and expenses in the matter are assessed against respondent in accordance with Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 10.1, with legal interest to commence thirty days from the date of finality of this courts judgment until paid.
