WRIT GRANTED
In this pro se writ application seeking mandamus relief, the relator, Rickshawn E. Williams, states that he filed a “motion for clarification of sentence over nine months ago and did [sic] get any response.”
We first note that the relator has not attached a copy of this motion to this writ application. However, in the interest of judicial economy, we grant relator mandamus relief and direct the district court to rule on the relators motion for clarification of his sentence, if it has not already done so. We further order the district court to serve a copy of its ruling on the relators motion for clarification at the address that appears on this writ application, i.e., East Carroll River Bend Detention Center, 9450 US-65, Lake Providence, LA 71254.
