ORDER
This Court, ex proprio motu, hereby GRANTS A REHEARING for the limited purpose of correcting a clerical error on page 13 of this courts December 27, 2023 opinion issued in this matter. More specifically, at line 1 on page 13 of the December 27, 2023 opinion, the date of August 20, 2023 is hereby replaced with the correct date of August 20, 2020. The December 27, 2023 opinion will be updated to reflect this correction. (See attached.) IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the January 10, 2024 Application for Rehearing filed by appellee Dr. Keith Landry is DENIED.
