ORDER

Theaun Hardridge (“Hardridge”) appeals from the motion courts judgment denying his Rule 29.15 motion for postconviction relief. Hardridge raises one point on appeal. He argues the motion court clearly erred in overruling his Rule 29.15 motion because he was denied effective assistance of appellate counsel when his appellate counsel failed to raise a claim on appeal that insufficient evidence was presented that he committed the offense of felony resisting a lawful stop. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
