Opinion

ORDER

Michael King, Sr. appeals his convictions, following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, for conspiracy to commit assault in the first degree, attempted tampering with a victim in a felony prosecution, domestic assault in the fourth degree, harassment in the first degree, and three counts of violating an order of protection. On appeal, King argues that the trial court committed clear error by overruling his Batson challenge and asserts the State produced insufficient evidence to support his conviction for conspiracy to commit assault in the first-degree. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
