Opinion

ORDER

Following a bench trial in the Circuit Court of Adair County, Ray Rijos was convicted of three counts of second-degree murder, kidnapping in the second degree, unlawful use of a weapon, and armed criminal action. On appeal, Rijos argues that the trial court erred in convicting him of Counts I, II, and III for second-degree murder because insufficient evidence was presented to establish that the three victims were killed as a result of the perpetration of the underlying offense of unlawful use of a weapon. Because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose, a memorandum explaining the reasons for the decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
